Thought I'd share the anniversary card I made last year for Tony. The base card was a large 8 x8. The frame was from the Clipart Fairy, which I layered and traced in inkscape, added the text and did a print and cut with my Cougar.I then matted the frame onto silver mirri card.
I decoupaged the lady, & added lots of bling.
